Ingredients
- 1 lg vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 T veg oil
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1 T honey
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3/4 c veg oil

Step 1
Cook onion in 1 T hot oil over low heat, stirring ontantly, 20 min until caramel colored.
Process onion, vinegar, and next 5 ing in blender until smooth. Add 3/4 c oil in slow steady stream.
