Dysart's Apple Crisp

Dysart's serves hundreds of apple crisps every fall when Maine apple crops are being picked.

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 c. sugar
• Enough sliced apples to fill a 3/4-qt. casserole dish 3/4-full
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 5 T. melted butter
• 3/4 c. flour

Step 1

Mix the above ingredients together. Crumble evenly over apple mixture. Bake at 375% for 30 minutes, or until apples are done.
