Baked Rösti Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2-1/2 lb. (1.1 kg) Yukon gold potatoes (about 6), peeled, coarsely shredded
  • 1-1/2 cups Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

BRUSH oil onto bottom and up sides of 13x9-inch baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients except egg. Add egg; mix lightly. Press onto bottom of baking dish.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until golden brown.

LET stand 10 min. before cutting to serve
