Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup applesauce, or 1 ripe banana mashed
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl combine the pumpkin puree, apple sauce, eggs, vanilla, and stevia.
In a separate bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together until the clumps are gone. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Line the muffin tins with paper cups and fill until 2/3 full. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
