    lb. tied tenderloin

    garlic cloves minced

  • 6

    rosemary springs

    tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Coat all sides of meat with garlic and salt and pepper. Tuck sprigs of rosemary under strings. Heat oil. Brown meat on all sides, but not ends - approximately 10 minutes. Roast to 130F - about 30 minutes. Let stand 25 minutes before slicing
