Potato Salad (Ruth's)

This is the BEST potato salad I have ever eaten. It is my mother-in-law's recipe and an all time favorite.

Ingredients
- TO MAKE THE HUGE 32 CUP TUPPERWARE BOWL:
- 13 # potatoes (peeled, boiled and cooled and diced)
- 2 quarts miracle whip
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. yellow mustard
- 1/8 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. celery (diced)
- 3/4 c. onions (diced)
- 1 1/2 dozen hard boiled eggs (diced) make a few extra to put on top of salad
- TO MAKE A FAMILY SIZE BOWL:
- 5 # potatoes (peeled, boiled and cooled and diced)
- 3 c. miracle whip
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- 4 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. celery (diced)
- 1/4 c. onions (diced)
- 6 hard boiled eggs (diced), make a few extra for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Mix miracle whip, vinegar, mustard and sugar together and pour over potatoes, eggs, celery and onions. Slice extra eggs to arrange on top of salad.
