Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck steak - cut into 1-inch, cubes
- 1/2 lb carrots
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cup beef broth

Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat beef cubes with a mixture of flour, thyme, salt and pepper.
2. In instant pot, saute beef in oil over med-high heat to brown.
3. Cut carrots, onion, potatoes, and celery into 1-inch chunks. Add bay leaf, broth and vegetables to pot.
4. Follow instructions for slow cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
