Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
in medium-sized bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. In a large mixing bowl beat the oil and the sugars together. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and zucchini. Now alternate the milk with the dry ingredients while adding to the batter. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 F. for and hour or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes and turn out on rack to completely cool.
