Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cornstarch
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 cups cold water
- 1/4 tsp. nutmet
Preparation
Step 1
Cook above ingredients until thick and clear. Put about 1 1/2 cups sauce to a quart. Cut up apples into quarts until filled up to neck of quart. Process in canner for 30 minutes.
