Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups rhubarb, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients, folding in rhubarb last. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Mix topping and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350°.
