Ingredients
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. green creme de menthe
- 2 tbsp. creme de cacao
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 9 inch chocolate cookie crumb crust
- whipped cream if desired
- chocolate curls if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Combine marshmallows and milk in large mixing bowl, microwave on high for 2 minutes until marshmallows begin to puff. Stir until smooth.
Add in creme de menth and creme de caco and mix well.
Cook over medium-low heat about 30 minutes until mixture is the consistency of egg whites. Remove from heat.
Fold whipped cream into mixture.
Pour into crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
