Ingredients
- Venison Roast- Any kind of roast would do, FROZEN- I think mine was 3 to 4 lbs
- a pack of ranch dressing seasoning
- lipton onion soup packet- I make my own
- 1.5 cups of beef broth- I use beef cubes
- Carrots and potatoes -peeled
Preparation
Step 1
Place the roast in instant pot(on trivet) and add your beef broth and ranch dressing packet and onion packet. Set the pot to manual pressure for 80 minutes. It does take about ten minutes to come to pressure.
2.At the end of 80 minutes, natural release pressure for 10 minutes, lift lid and add potato and carrots. Reseal and add ten minutes manually. At the end, natural release pressure for ten minutes and you have a fabulous , easy meal!
