Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons W-sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add minced onion and cook until tender.
Step 2
Add ground beef and break up into small pieces.
Step 3
As beef begins to brown, stir in beef broth. Add mustard, W-sauce, and salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until liquid is mostly gone.
Spoon onto buns and serve.
