Ingredients
- 1 lb 85% lean ground beef
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 large eggs
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat your grill. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning into the beef in a large bowl. Shape two hamburgers out of the ground beef (or smaller ones if you don't want one gigantic burger). Grill burgers until desired doneness.
2. While burgers are grilling fry your eggs in a skillet until yolks are slightly set but still runny. Top each grilled burger with one fried egg, half and avocado, half of the salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
