Ingredients
- approx. 1kg (2lbs) steelhead trout
- 1/4 cup butter, very soft
- lemon slices (or sprinkles juice)
- 2 Tblsp brown sugar
- 1 Tblsp dry mustard
- Hy's seasoned salt
- chives

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, making sure oven is heated before placing uncovered fish in oven
Using fork poke holes in fish
spread butter on fish
Mix brown sugar & dry mustard, spread on fish
Sprinkle Hy's on top
Layer chives on top
Layer sliced lemons (or sprinkle juice)
