  • 6 TAB UNSALTED BUTTER, ROOM TEMP
  • 3/4 CUP PACKED BRN SUGAR
  • 1 LG EGG
  • 1 TSP. VANILLA
  • 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 2 TAB. COCOA PWDR
  • 1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA
  • 1/2 TSP. COARSE SALT
  • 1 1/2 CUPS (10 OZS.)SEMISWEET CHIPS

Preparation

Step 1

350 OVEN
LG BOWL MIX BUTTER AND SUGAR WITH WOODEN SPOON. STIR IN EGG AND VANILLA, THEN FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING SODA AND SALT. STIR IN CHIPS.
TRANSFER TO 10" OVEN PROFF SKILLET, SMOOTH TOP.
BAKE UNTIL JUST SET IN CENTER AND PULLING AWAY SIDES.
LET COOL 10 MINUTES.TURN OUT ON WIRE RACK
