Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, in large florets
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and lots of ground black pepper
  • slivered garlic from several large cloves

Preparation

Step 1

1. Break or cut a head of cauliflower in to large florets. Toss in a small roasting pan with about 3 tbsp. olive oil, a few teaspoons of salt and lots of ground black pepper.

2. Roast in a 425°(F) oven for about 15 minutes.

3. Toss in slivered garlic from several large cloves. Roast for another 5 - 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft and browning at the edges.
