French Dip

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb sirloin tip or boneless beef rump roast
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • sandwich rolls **
  • packet French dip gravy mix

Preparation

Step 1

Douse roast with Worcestershire sauce. Seal meat in bag and freeze.

When thawed, put roast in crock-pot and sprinkle with dip mix. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. Allow roast to sit 20 minutes before slicing. Serve slices on sandwich rolls with bowls of au jus for dipping.
