Ingredients

  • 3 large cans sliced peaches (29 oz) (drain 2 cans)
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp tapioca
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Pour peaches and juice from 3rd can into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar, tapioca and cinnamon

Step 2

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix melted butter, milk and eggs together. Stir into dry mixture. Spoon over peaches. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees

You can make this lighter by using “ lite” peaches and substituting Splenda for sugar.
