Ingredients
- 20 oz can pie filling
- 2 cups cake mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Spread pie filling in bottom of pan.
Add cake mix, smooth over and pat down.
Add butter and spread slightly.
Place 1 cup water in bottom of Instant Pot. Add trivet and cake pan.
Cook under pressure for 25 minutes and do a quick release when finished. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
