Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk

Step 1
Makes 1 - eight inch pie.
Baking Pie:
Bake at 425 F. for first 15 minutes, then turn down to 375 F. and bake for another 45 minutes.
Baking Tarts:
Bake at 425 F. for 6 minutes, then turn down to 375 F. and bake for another 16 - 18 minutes.
