Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chops--remove and put in oven proof baking dish.
Saute onions in oil. Blend water and cornstarch. Stir into pan with onions. stir in beer and broth. Pour over chops. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake 45-60 minutes @ 350 degrees.
