Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped, seeded for less heat
- 1 3/4 t kosher salt
- Tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Scoop avocado flesh into bowl. Add all ingredients except chips. Mash with fork or potato masher or electric mixer to desired consistency. Serve with chips.
