Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin (at least 1 lb per person)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki
  • 1 tsp white horseradish sauce
  • 1 tsp grey poupon
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • Minced garlic, to taste (1 – 2 tbsp or so)
  • 1-2 cups white rice

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients together very well and pour over beef tenderloin

2. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, covered

3. Slice the meat and bake an additional ½ hour uncovered

4. Serve over white rice
