Baked Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
- Beef tenderloin (at least 1 lb per person)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki
- 1 tsp white horseradish sauce
- 1 tsp grey poupon
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Minced garlic, to taste (1 – 2 tbsp or so)
- 1-2 cups white rice

Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients together very well and pour over beef tenderloin
2. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, covered
3. Slice the meat and bake an additional ½ hour uncovered
4. Serve over white rice
