This is a super easy pan-fried chicken wings. I usually love to make this on hurry weekdays. I usually prepare the chicken wings in the previous day, which can guarantee a wonderful taste even in the inner side.
In this recipe, I marinate the chicken wings only with salt and then sprinkle the pepper when the chicken is almost down. You can use other spice or spice mixture you prefer, for example Chinese five spice powder or cumin powder.
In the previous day, cut several cuts on the both sides of chicken wings. Sprinkle salt evenly. Refrigerate overnight. This step is to ensure that the inner side of the chicken wings is favored as well.
In a pan, heat up some oil and place chicken wings in. Let the chicken wings stay for several minutes after putting them down. Do not turn over frequently. We need to cook them well in the shortness time. Fry until one side become golden-brown and then turn over. Continue frying until the second sides become golden-brown.
