Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup vidalia onion, finely diced
- 5 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 5 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into golf ball sized balls and bake, broil or fry in olive oil
