Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coarsely mashed avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 4 6" flour tortillas
- 2 c shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup very thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 cup very thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
- 12 grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup salsa

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine 1st 5 ingredients (avocado through chili powder) in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.
2. Spoon chicken and next 5 ingredients evenly down center of each tortilla. Roll up and cut in half diagonally.
3. Serve immediately with salsa or chill.
