Ingredients
- Up to six boneless chicken breast hales
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 eight ounce block of cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Put chicken in a slow cooker. Combine salad dressing mix and water; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Beat cream cheese and soup until blended. Stir in mushrooms. Cook one hour longer.
Serve over rice or noodles.
