Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt together.
Beat egg. Add water and vinegar

knead until dough is pliable for rolling out.
