Mini Cheddar Meatloaves

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2/3 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 t. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt; add beef and mix well.

Form into 8 mini loaves; arrange in a greased 13"x9" baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over loaves.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
