Ingredients

  • Top:
  • 1 cream cheese (8oz.)
  • 1 unbeaten egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Cake:
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine topping by hand. Combine cake ingrediants. Fill cupcake holder 1/3 full of cupcake mixtue. Spoon heaping Tablespoon of cream cheese over. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
