- 4 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium bell pepper, minced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled seeded and minced
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- cayenne, to taste
