Ingredients

  • 12 cups peeled tomatoes (red)
  • 3 cups celery
  • 2 cups onions
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • Soak 11/2 hours
  • Take out 1/2 the juice
  • Add 1 red pepper chopped
  • 13 oz tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
