Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 12 corn tortillas, torn into pieces
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Mix together first four ingredients.
In a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan, layer chicken, tortilla pieces, onion, soup mixture, cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered 45-60 minutes.
Serves 6-8
