Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded napa cabbage (from 1 head cabbage)
- 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper (from 1 bell pepper)
- 1 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper (from 1 bell pepper)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion (from 1 onion)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup red pepper jelly
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
Toss together cabbage, bell peppers, onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Whisk together pepper jelly, oil, lime juice, salt, cayenne, and black pepper in a small bowl. Add to cabbage mixture; toss until well coated.
