Ingredients
- 1 box Acini de Pipi pasta
- 3 cans Mandarin oranges, drained (save 3/4 c. juice)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (save 3/4 c. juice)
- 1 cup pineapple tidbit
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz coolwhip
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, flour and fruit juices. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add lemon juice. Cook pasta. Cool pasta and sauce. (Run pasta under cold water. Let sauce cool in air-don't refrigerate) After cooled, mix pasta and sauce. Let set for 6 hours in refrigerator before serving. Add fruit and Coolwhip.
