Ingredients
- 1 lb baked fingerling potatoes
- 4 oz log soft unripened goat cheese
- 1 cup coarsely grated Jarlsberg cheese
- 1 French baguette, sliced 1/2 inch slices
- Crumbled bacon
- Chives for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Brush bread slices with olive oil & toast for 10 mins
Mash baked potato with fresh unripen goat cheese and grated Jarlsberg.
Place on bread toasts & top with bacon & chives.
Warm before serving
