Ingredients

  • 1 lb baked fingerling potatoes
  • 4 oz log soft unripened goat cheese
  • 1 cup coarsely grated Jarlsberg cheese
  • 1 French baguette, sliced 1/2 inch slices
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Chives for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Brush bread slices with olive oil & toast for 10 mins

Mash baked potato with fresh unripen goat cheese and grated Jarlsberg.

Place on bread toasts & top with bacon & chives.

Warm before serving
