Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 thin slices deli ham
- 3 Tblsp. oil
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness. Place a slice of cheese and ham on each to within 1/4" of edge of chicken piece. Fold in half and secure with toothpicks. Brush with oil and roll in bread crumbs. Grill, uncovered, over med-hot heat 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear.
