Ingredients
- 3.3oz pkg Instant White Chocolate Pudding mix
- 1 c. light coconut milk
- 1 carton Fat Free Cool Whip
- 1 pre-made Angel Food cake
- 2 cups fresh berries

Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the pudding mix and coconut milk for 5 minutes until it has thickened.
Gently fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mix and set aside.
Slice the Angel Food cake into 3 layers. Starting with the bottom layer, top it with ⅓ of the Cool Whip mixture. Gently place the middle cake layer on top and cover with a ⅓ more of the Cool Whip mixture. Add the top layer to the cake and cover with the remaining Cool Whip mixture.
Top the cake with fresh berries and serve immediately.
