- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
1. Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs,
milk and oil. Just beat until smooth (do not overbeat). Pour into greased
9x9x2 in baking dish.
2. Bake for 20-25 min at 425°
