Zhoug Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed fresh cilanrto
  • 1 cup packed fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 large jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 t ground coriander
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, combine everything except the olive oil.
Process until finely chopped.
Slowly add the olive oil with the motor running
Process until well combined
