Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 T finely chopped white onion
- 2 T finely chopped marjoram
- Ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mash the garlic and salt with a fork or the side of a chef's knife
Combine the tomatoes, onion, marjoram, and garlic paste in a medium bowl
Season with pepper to taste
