Ingredients
- 6 pound ham
- 12 oz. can Coca Cola
- brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Score top of ham. Place in oven just until hot. Remove from oven and cut off skin. Pack outside of ham well with sugar (about 1/4" thick). Pour Coke in bottom of pan - not over ham. Return to oven and cook, uncovered for 1 hour, basting every 10 minutes or so. Remove from oven and baste occasionally as it cools.
