Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Frank's hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix in ace blender. Set to Soup 2 setting. When done, cool. Use 1/2 recipe to marinate chicken over night. Use tenderizer to prick chicken skin for better penetration during marination . Use other 1/2 to baste chicken during bake time.
