- 8-10 lbs Beef Back Ribs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup coarse sea salt
- 1/3 cup paprika
- 1/3 cup chipotle chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
