add water to pressure cooker. cut ribs into sections small enough to fit into pressure cooker and generously coat with bbq sauce. lean the ribs against sides, standing upright in the cooker. add any remaining bbq sauce to the water at bottom of cooker, securely lock on the lid and cook on high for 20 minutes. 2 cups tomato sauce 1/3 cup vinegar 1/4 cup water 3 tbls brown sugar 1 tbls molasses 1 tbls dijon mustard t tbls dijon mustard 1 tsp liquid smoke 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp celery seed 1/4 tsp pepper small pinch cinnamon combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, large jar, or food storage container and mix until well blended. Refrigerate overnight to unlock flavors before using.
