Charcoal Grilled Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 2 lb. ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/2 c. crumbled soda crackers
• 1/4 catsup
• 2 Tblsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. prepared mustard
• 9 Tblsp. brown sugar
• 3/4 c. catsup
• 3 tsp. dry mustard
• 3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ground beef, egg, onion, crackers, catsup, sugar and mustard together. Pat meat into loaf shape and place in greased loaf pan shape made from heavy duty foil. Cook over hot coals for 15 minutes. Flip loaf over and cook another 15 minutes.

Mix sauce and spread over meatloaf the last 5 minutes on the grill.
