Ingredients
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- Oil - enough to fill pan w/ 1/4" oil
- Honey-Garlic Sauce *** probably only need to make 1/2 of this recipe
- 1 TBS butter
- 1 TBS garlic
- 1 TBS ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 5 TBS honey
- 1 tBS brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- scallions

Step 1
1. Mix flour, garlic powder, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Coat chicken with a generous layer of flour mixture.
2. Pour 1/4" oil into shallow pan and bring to medium high heat.
3. In small batches, fry the chicken wings for 4" on each side. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel
4. Over medium high heat, melt the butter and add the garlic and ginger.
5. Add soy sauce, honey and brown sugar to pan and reduce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the fried wings directly into the sauce pan and stir until the wings are covered. Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds and serve
