Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 16 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- Frosting
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 3/4 c evaporated milk
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c nuts
- 1 t vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Place first 6 ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 35-40 minutes.
Frosting
Mix butter, sugar and evaporated milk together and cook over medium heat until a little thickened about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cake.
