Ingredients
- 1/2 c. White vinegar
- 3/4 c. Olive oil
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 5-6 large garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Put garlic cloves into a food processor; process. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
NOTE:
This is great poured over a Chef Salad which consists of:
Salad greens
Roasted Turkey, julienned
Baked Ham, julienned
Swiss Cheese, julienned
Cheddar Cheese, Julienned
Tomato, cubed
Hard boiled egg, cut into 4 or 6 wedges
Two slices bacon per salad, cooked crisp and crumbled
Croutons
Put the salad greens into individual bowls. Arrange the remaining ingredients in groups on top of lettuce.
